VIEWER FEEDBACK! Follow Up to My October 3 Regina Residential Real Estate Market Update

I posted a market update video a couple of weeks ago and received some great responses from viewers.

One question that came up was, why are there variations in the market stats reported by different agents? It's important to note that data can be interpreted in many different ways. When I provide numbers, I focus on the residential market in Regina only, for single family freehold homes and condominiums.

Another question was, how can I say we continue to be in a seller's market? The answer has to do with the absorption rate, which is a measure of how quickly our product in Regina is being absorbed, or sold, compared to the listings that remain on the market. Based on that information, I'm able to see we still have a fairly brisk market here in Regina, SK.
