Changes have been rapid this year, the hikes have been steep, and you should always know where you stand:

 

- what type of mortgage you have

- your rate, terms and amortization period

- what are homes selling for in your community

- at activity is happening in your neighborhood

 

Being prepared means you always have a plan, whether to meet your goals, or should an unexpected life event come along. It's not uncommon for home buyers and sellers to begin planning 6 months to a year ahead, in fact I encourage you to consider this a key part of your financial strategy.
